This scholarship, part of the FCRM's "Women & Science" program, aims to encourage young women's participation in scientific fields, which are still marked by female underrepresentation. Each recipient receives financial support of 50,000 FCFA per academic term, invaluable assistance to help them pursue their academic journey with confidence.
Beyond financial assistance, this program includes personalized academic support to ensure the continued academic success of these promising young women. GMFK, through its partnership with FCRM, fully supports this vision: to train a new generation of female scientists capable of actively contributing to the development of the Republic of Congo. Building on the success of this first edition, the initiative intends to gradually expand to other districts, thus multiplying the opportunities offered to young Congolese women.
By celebrating these paths to excellence, GMFK and FCRM together reaffirm their role as actors committed to promoting education, scientific innovation and social progress in the Republic of Congo.
