These three days workshop which brought together participants from Cameroon, Congo, Gabon and the Democratic Republic of Congo focused on statistical techniques to reduce bias in microbial testing, reducing errors in predicting microbial response to deliberate stress testing. During this workshop, participants were introduced to all biostatic concerns, from writing protocols like sampling and sample size to data collection, data cleaning, exploratory data analysis and to inferential statistics.
During the different sessions, facilitators focused on how to use the results of data analysis to answer research questions.
